SERVICES

C-Section & Scar Care.

(Post-natally from 6 weeks onwards)

Having surgery and being left with a scar either from a vaginal, c- section or post-surgery/ surgical can be a very emotional and challenging recovery. Your muscles and organs will be affected by this surgery and can cause adhesions and tissues to tighten around the surrounding area.  Assessing your movement, pelvic floor, breath and overall strength is vital for your scar care so that you are provided with the right treatment for you in the clinic and for you to continue with your care at home after your appointment.
